Linia Took in a Child - Chapter 2: Visitor (4) (M)
Linia was sleeping, drifting through her dreams when a faint sensation began to pull her back to consciousness.
When she opened her eyes, she was greeted by complete darkness. At first, she thought she might still be dreaming, caught in a haze of drowsiness. But then she froze, startled by a strange, ticklish, and unsettling sensation on her chest.
As her drowsiness faded, her senses sharpened, and she became acutely aware of her surroundings. The cool air brushing against her skin confirmed it—this wasn’t a dream.
“You’re awake?”
A low, unfamiliar voice came from above her. The hot breath brushing against her skin made Linia flinch instinctively.
“Don’t scream.”
Linia’s thoughts raced as she recalled the first night she had seen the mysterious man in her room. Somehow, her instincts told her it was him.
“Ruine… Where is the child…?”
“Are you worried about the child?”
Edwin’s narrowed eyes glimmered faintly with amusement. As he had expected, Linia’s kind nature kept her from screaming. Instead, she seemed more worried about “Ruine” than her own predicament. Watching her, Edwin’s hand began to move.
“If you do what I want, the child will remain safe.”
The man’s voice, low and deliberate, made Linia tense even further, her shoulders trembling. At the same time, she heard a strange, wet sound coming from above her stomach—a sticky noise, like something slick being stroked quickly. She didn’t need to look to understand what he was doing.
“All I want is one thing,” Edwin said, his voice unwavering. “I want to have you.”
“……”
Though Linia already knew what he wanted and why he had repeatedly come into her room, her breathing wavered with fear. She had to gather all her strength to speak as calmly as possible.
“…In exchange, promise me you won’t harm anyone else. Do whatever you want with my body—I don’t care.”
“I promise.”
Edwin smirked silently, his casual words laced with amusement. While Linia appeared calmer than he had anticipated, she couldn’t completely hide the faint fear flickering in her eyes.
Still, her unexpected compliance pleased him. With deliberate ease, Edwin let his hand glide down to stroke her slender legs. His movements were gentle, unhurried, as if savoring the moment. As he slid her underwear down past her hips to her thighs, Linia instinctively pressed her legs together, clearly embarrassed.
Having only ever seen her peacefully asleep, seeing her react like this sent a rush of heat surging through Edwin’s body. Grasping the inside of her pale thighs, he gently spread her legs wider, exposing her most private area beneath him. The tightly closed, delicate opening seemed shy, just like its owner, and he found its innocence endearing.
When his hand made contact with her most sensitive spot, Linia flinched violently, her body jolting in response. Edwin’s gaze fixated on her, savoring each subtle reaction she made as he moved his hand leisurely, deliberately taking his time.
As Edwin rubbed her intimate area with his fingers, he pressed a thick finger against her entrance and began to push it inside. The tight, untouched opening struggled to accommodate even a single finger, clenching tightly around him. Feeling the soft, gripping walls inside, Edwin slowly continued to slide his long finger deeper into her.
“Uh… ah…”
“Relax, will you?” Edwin murmured softly, his gaze fixed on her trembling lips that released faint whimpers. Despite her earlier words saying he could do as he pleased with her body, it was clear that her body was resisting, stiff and tense. At this rate, even getting just the tip in would be difficult.
For the first time, Edwin found himself making an effort to be gentle. Though the urge to roughly thrust himself inside her surged within him, he managed to suppress the violent impulse, savoring instead the thought of being her first.
“Are you scared because it’s your first time?”
He added another finger, carefully working to loosen her from the inside. As he moved his fingers back and forth, rubbing the tight, warm walls, slick fluid began to seep out, easing his motions. Looking down at the woman who remained stiff with fear, Edwin let out a soft, shushing sound.
“It’s okay. It’s my first time too,” he whispered, as if soothing a frightened child.
With that, Edwin gently withdrew the two fingers that had been moving inside her. Grasping himself, he brought his length to her glistening entrance, rubbing it against her sensitive folds in slow, deliberate motions.
“We’re each other’s first,” Edwin murmured softly.
“…Ah… uhhn…”
A sharp, piercing sensation forced a stifled cry from Linia’s lips. Her body trembled uncontrollably as the thick length of the man invaded her depths. Instinctively, she tried to close her legs, her thighs pressing together in an effort to block him from going any further. Yet, instead of stopping, the man exhaled a satisfied breath, seemingly pleased by her reactions.
A hot hand gripped her legs, holding them apart as the man moved his hips slowly, pressing his length even deeper inside her.
Linia’s trembling hands clutched tightly at the edge of the sheets, her knuckles white from the strain. The solid, heated flesh filling her completely left her gasping for breath, the sensation overwhelming. She felt impossibly full, as if there was no more room for him to push any further.
“…Ah! Uh… ngh…”
The man pushed deeper inside her, little by little. Linia let out a faint moan, the dull ache drawing tears she hadn’t realized were falling, dampening her eyelashes.
Watching her expression, Edwin began to gradually quicken the rhythm of his movements. He found himself thinking how beautiful she looked, lying beneath him and quietly accepting him. His breath grew heavier as he pulled his hips back slightly, as though preparing to withdraw his length.
“Mm… ah…”
At that moment, he thrust his length back inside her, deeply rubbing against her inner walls as he moved in and out rhythmically. The sensation made Linia’s toes curl involuntarily.
“Ah!”
A startled cry escaped her lips as her hips jerked instinctively. Overwhelmed by the unfamiliar pleasure, she shook her head slightly, as though unable to process the sensation.
Edwin gazed down at her with a look of delight, savoring her every reaction. Pausing briefly as if to take in the sight of her quivering beneath him, he began to move his hips again, this time with smooth, deliberate strokes that seemed to stir her insides.
As Linia’s waist trembled faintly in response, Edwin let out a low groan. Hah. He couldn’t believe how obscenely responsive her body was, despite it being her first time. It was intoxicating.
He began thrusting his hips faster. The sound of flesh slapping together and the creaking of the bed filled the room with a chaotic symphony. He moved his hips for what felt like an eternity, as though it would never end, until suddenly, he stopped. A faint moan escaped her flushed red lips.
Finally, hot liquid spilled deep inside her. Edwin brought his hand to her face. Her tear-streaked cheeks were faintly flushed, and she seemed to radiate life, as though she had absorbed his energy completely. Stroking her warm cheek, Edwin spoke in a much softer tone.
“Don’t worry, the child is asleep on the floor.”
And then he started moving his waist again.
“Ah, ahh… ah.”
“But if you make that noise, won’t the child wake up? I don’t mind showing it, though.”
Edwin laughed as Linia bit her lip and moaned.
“Just hold on, Linia.”
Lowering his head, Edwin whispered softly into her ear. One hand continued to caress her cheek, while the other gripped one of her thighs firmly. He pressed their lower bodies closer together until their pubic bones touched.
When his shaft pushed into a place she thought he couldn’t possibly reach, Linia threw her head back. She could feel the thick fluids deep inside her mixing together. Trying to soothe her gasping breaths, Edwin pressed his lips against hers, their mouths merging as their tongues intertwined.
As he resumed moving his hips with speed, Edwin held her tightly to prevent her from escaping, mercilessly driving her to the edge. It was only after reaching his third climax that he finally let her go.
“What happened today stays between us.”
As Edwin dragged his long fingers inside her, he spoke. The obscene, squelching sound echoed through the room. She let out a few faint moans but no longer resisted his touch—more accurately, she no longer had the strength to do so.
“It’s better if you don’t talk about me to anyone, Linia. I know exactly who the people you love are, what would hurt you most, and what would make you sad. I know you very well.”
He continued speaking as he gently cleaned her up, his touch tender. If one only heard his voice, it would sound like the sweet conversation of lovers.
“You’ll keep this a secret, won’t you?”
She gave a faint nod, her trembling chin barely moving, as though she would do anything to protect the people she loved. She was pitifully kind, almost heartbreakingly so.
Suppressing a smirk, Edwin let the corner of his lips curl upward slightly. Lowering his head, he pressed a kiss to her lips.
“I’ll come to you again tomorrow night. Sleep well.”
With a soft kiss, he whispered in a voice that sounded utterly languid, as if he was simply savoring the moment.

A faint touch was felt. A hand that had been moving gently along her hair began to grasp and toy with her locks. As the touch grew firmer, the remnants of sleep gradually faded away. Linia opened her eyes. Her eyelashes trembled slightly in response to the light that pierced her vision. The room, bathed in sunlight, was bright. She looked up and locked eyes with Ruin, who was gazing down at her.
“Linia, you overslept,” Ruin said.
Still holding the ends of her hair, Ruin pouted his lower lip. He grumbled about being bored on his own, then let go of her hair and burrowed into the blankets. Linia embraced Ruin as he snuggled into her arms and carefully examined the child.
Fortunately, Ruin seemed unscathed and in perfect condition. Relief washed over her as she closed her eyes momentarily, savoring the child’s warm body heat. Perhaps thinking she was sleepy again, Ruin gently patted her with his small hands.
“Are you going to sleep again?”
When Ruin spoke up a little later, Linia opened her eyes.
“I’m hungry,” he said.
Faint sounds could be heard from downstairs, where Sophie was likely preparing breakfast.
“Shall we go down to eat today?”
Linia cautiously let go of Ruin as she posed the question. After what had happened the previous night, eating in the room felt a little uncomfortable. For today, she wanted to go downstairs for breakfast. Being with Sophie and Bessie seemed like the quickest way to calm her nerves.
Ruin remained silent for a moment, perhaps still uneasy about Sophie.
“If Linia goes down, I’ll go too,” he finally replied, smiling.
The change surprised Linia briefly, but she was relieved. As Ruin climbed out of bed first, she followed suit and stood up. The moment she took a step outside the bed, pain flared in her lower abdomen.
A faint groan escaped her, but she quickly composed herself so as not to alarm Ruin. Thankfully, he didn’t seem to notice and turned to her with a bright face.
“Let’s hold hands,” he said.
“…Shall we?”
Linia took the small hand extended to her and walked out of the room. Although she hadn’t mentioned it, Ruin seemed to sense her discomfort in walking and adjusted his pace to match hers. When they reached the stairs, he even held on with both hands to steady her.
“Thank you, Ruin,” Linia said softly as she sat down at the dining table.
Sophie, noticing Ruin, let out a startled “Oh?” and appeared slightly taken aback. However, she quickly masked her surprise and began setting dishes on the table as if nothing had happened.
Before long, a meal for four was laid out. Sophie joined them, and the meal began. As usual, Linia took care of Ruin, who was seated next to her.
“Haa…”
Bessie could tell just by the sound of it that Linia wasn’t eating, only focusing on taking care of the child. A sigh escaped her lips, but she chose not to comment on it.
Last night, the young lady had mentioned that she hadn’t felt any pain for the past week, reassuring them not to worry. Sophie, who heard this as well, was delighted, believing Linia’s illness might be improving. However, Bessie couldn’t help but feel concerned, wondering if it was only temporary.
It was said to be an illness that neither medicine nor holy powers could cure. Could such a disease suddenly heal overnight? Bessie doubted it, but since Linia claimed she felt better, she decided to think positively and enjoy the rare peace that had come to them for now.
“Ruin, you should eat your peas too,” Linia’s soft voice came from across the table, still gently coaxing the child.
“…They’re not tasty,” Ruin grumbled.
“You have to eat a variety of foods to stay healthy. That way, you’ll grow tall later,” Linia said encouragingly.
“I’m already tall enough, so I’m not going to eat them,” Ruin replied confidently, his words drawing a laugh from Linia.
Hearing their exchange, Bessie sighed quietly and spoke up.
“Picky eating is a bad habit. You should try to fix it.”
The child didn’t respond. Linia, however, picked up where Bessie left off as if answering for Ruin.
“Bessie is right. Bad habits should be corrected little by little.”
“But I really don’t want to eat them… Linia, do I have to?” Ruin whined softly when Linia scooped up a pea with her fork.
“Just one today, okay?” Linia coaxed him gently, opening her mouth and saying, “Ah,” as if to demonstrate. Ruin hesitated but then mimicked her and opened his mouth.
He chewed and swallowed the pea, which didn’t taste like much of anything to him. Immediately, Linia reached out to pat his head.
“See? It wasn’t as bad as you thought. If you keep trying, you’ll eventually learn to like them.”
“Really?” Ruin asked, a smile spreading across his face. He looked delighted, like a child who had discovered a new, fun toy.
