Your Majesty, I’m Not that Man - Chapter 12. The Tyrant’s Fiancée (3)
But Cassion, being the emperor, was annoyingly skilled at kissing. Levinia felt her face grow hot. She grabbed his wrist to stop him, but as soon as his tongue gently teased hers, her strength melted away.
“N-No… Hah… Your Majesty…”
“Even your pleading voice is enough to make my heart ache,” Cassion murmured with a deep sigh, finally loosening the last knot and slipping her out of the dress.
“Ack!” Levinia let out a short gasp, quickly covering her corset-clad body with her arms. But her slender arms could only do so much to hide her exposed neckline.
“Your Majesty!”
“How’s the bath preparation coming along?”
Cassion easily lifted Levinia in one arm and turned to the maids. The maids had already averted their eyes, bowing respectfully.
“All ready, Your Majesty.”
“Good. You may leave now. No matter what you hear, do not come in unless I call for you.”
“Yes, Your Majesty.”
The maids quickly left the room, closing the door behind them as if they had been waiting for that very command. Levinia shot a glare at Cassion, her face burning with embarrassment, but he remained calm and unaffected, heading toward the bathroom.
As they walked, Cassion began undressing her without hesitation—first removing her petticoat, then loosening the laces of her corset.
Her undergarments fell one by one onto the floor as they walked, leaving Levinia utterly mortified. Before they even reached the bathroom, she was completely naked.
When Cassion peeled off her last piece of clothing—her panties—he boldly grabbed her backside, kneading it with shameless delight. Levinia glared at him, suppressing the urge to pinch him hard.
Cassion chuckled at her reaction.
“Your backside is so plump and soft, how could I resist touching it?”
“Are you saying I’ve gained weight?!”
“No, I’m saying it feels nice to touch.”
He leaned in and kissed her lips with a playful grin. Levinia narrowed her eyes at him in suspicion. He didn’t seem to be lying, but it was hard to trust him.
“If you’re worried about gaining weight, I’ll personally make sure you get plenty of exercise,” he said, smirking mischievously.
His intentions were all too obvious. Levinia blushed and turned her head away.
“W-What kind of… exercise?”
“Hmm… What kind do you think?”
By then, they had already reached the bathroom. In the center stood a large tub surrounded by flickering candles. A nearby table was set with a bottle of champagne and some light snacks.
Levinia let out a soft sigh as she glanced at the tub filled with water and rose petals. She was exhausted, and the warm bath looked inviting. However, she doubted the emperor had any plans to let her simply relax.
Cassion grinned and gently laid her into the tub. Levinia leaned back against the wall of the tub, watching him as he unbuttoned his shirt.
No matter how many times she saw him, his body was… impressive, to say the least.
When he casually began removing his pants, Levinia couldn’t help but stare in disbelief at what emerged.
How did that even stay hidden in his pants?!
Just as she braced herself for him to climb into the tub, Cassion surprised her by pouring the champagne and filling her glass instead.
“Do you like sweet drinks?” he asked, glancing at the label.
Levinia nodded.
“Yes… I prefer them slightly sweet. It helps take the edge off my fatigue.”
Cassion handed her the glass and began to undo her hair ornaments, gently removing each one and placing them on the lowest tier of the nearby table. Then, with a hair tie from the top tier, he loosely gathered her hair.
“There’s no need for you to do all that…”
“I want to do it. Since I’ll soon be begging you to marry me, I should at least do this much, right?”
Since he had already set the engagement date without consulting her, Levinia had assumed he would do the same for the wedding. His comment caught her off guard.
“You’re going to ask me to marry you?”
“Of course. From now on, I’ll be working hard to win you over. After all, your heart matters to me. Luckily, it seems like I still have a chance, so I’ll give it my best shot.”
“Haha… ha…”
Working hard? Levinia thought, bewildered. Knowing the original storyline, this didn’t make sense. The Cassion in the original story had forced his love onto Albert, demanding his affection unilaterally.
Wait… no, that’s not right. In the later chapters, he did beg for forgiveness, didn’t he? But by then, Albert was so broken that he couldn’t react to anything anymore…
Lost in thought, Levinia drank her champagne in one gulp. She was tired, her throat dry, and the champagne tasted especially sweet.
“Here, have some of this too. Say ‘ah~.’”
Cassion picked up a bite-sized snack and brought it to her mouth. Since her hands were submerged in the water, it was hard for her to grab anything, so she obediently opened her mouth and let him feed her.
“You’ll need to save some room for dinner later, so don’t eat too much for now.”
“…Yes.”
Cassion took Levinia’s empty champagne glass and set it on the table before reaching into the bath. His hands began to massage her arms and legs, causing her to freeze in surprise.
“W-What are you doing, Your Majesty?”
“I told you I was going to win you over.”
“B-but…”
“It seems that gifts don’t work well on you. Since I already have the looks, the power, and the wealth… this is all that’s left, isn’t it?”
“…”
“When you look at a man, Duchess, where do your eyes go first?”
Levinia, caught off guard, turned serious and answered without thinking.
“Their personality.”
“Oh? But I saw how you were checking out my thighs and backside earlier.”
Levinia was at a complete loss for words. Her face flushed as Cassion smirked mischievously.
“You were staring at my abs… and my penis, too. Was it to your liking?”
“N-no! Absolutely not!”
Caught off guard, Levinia completely forgot to give a polite or diplomatic response. She shook her head frantically in denial, but Cassion didn’t seem offended.
“Well, you’ll be seeing plenty of it over the next few days anyway, so it’s understandable that you’d take a look.”
Cassion, who had been kneeling next to the tub while tending to her, leaned in closer, his expression calm and confident. Levinia glanced at him, then quickly turned her eyes away, unsure of where to look.
Wait… did he just say a few days?
She snapped her head back toward him.
“A few days?”
Cassion smiled brightly, as if amused that she was only now catching on.
“Of course. The emperor’s newly engaged fiancée deserves some quality time. I’ve taken two days off.”
Wait… the emperor can just take time off like that? Then again, if it were Cassion, it probably wasn’t an issue. He ruled with an iron fist—he could bend the rules however he liked.
“Two… two whole days?”
Levinia swallowed nervously and looked at Cassion, who was now gazing at her naked body with a languid expression.
“There’s no need to be so scared. After all, if you get hurt, I’ll be the one in trouble. I’ll make sure to take good care of your waist,” he said with a charming smile.
Levinia shivered. He looked so kind and reassuring, but she knew better. My waist isn’t the only thing that needs to stay intact!
“And… what about other parts?” she asked cautiously.
Cassion’s eyes sparkled with mischief as he leaned his elbow on the edge of the tub, resting his chin on his hand.
“Other parts? Which parts would those be?”
You know exactly what I mean! Levinia thought, but there was no way she could say it out loud. Even if she had the guts, it was far too embarrassing. His face was far too close for her to form coherent words.
Instead, she folded her knees and turned her head away, which made Cassion chuckle softly.
“Hmm… Should I ask your body directly for an answer?”
With that, Cassion stood up and slipped into the tub. The water rippled as his large frame settled in beside her.
When Levinia glanced at him, Cassion immediately pulled her into his arms. The feeling of his firm, warm skin pressing against hers was something she was starting to get used to—a thought that surprised her.
Without resisting, Levinia rested her head on his shoulder.
“Don’t be mean,” she whispered.
“I’m always gentle with you,” Cassion replied with a smile.
His hand, now submerged in the water, gently guided Levinia’s legs apart and pulled her onto his lap. She found herself straddling him, her thighs wrapped around his waist. She hesitated when she felt something firm press against her.
“Don’t worry. I won’t put it in suddenly…”
Cassion’s hand playfully patted Levinia’s backside, his touch mischievous. When Levinia pouted in response, he glanced at her with a look of deep satisfaction, clearly enjoying her expression.
It seemed Levinia hadn’t yet realized how much more expressive she had become compared to when she first allowed herself to be held by him.
“Ah.”
As Levinia spread her legs and sat on Cassion’s thigh, he pulled her tightly into his embrace. Their bodies pressed together, and she could feel his erection pressing against her inner thigh, causing her face to flush red.
“There’s no need to be so flustered,” Cassion whispered in her ear, his hands wandering over her body. His touch now carried a different kind of intention—one far removed from the soothing massage he had offered earlier.
How could it be that we attended the same party, yet he still seems so full of energy? Levinia wondered. The bigger issue, however, was that his touch felt far too pleasant for her to resist.
Ah… Isn’t this a problem?
His hands were filled with desire, yet they relaxed her body like a perfect massage. He was touching her with even more care and tenderness than usual.
“…Your shoulders are quite tense.”
Clicking his tongue, Cassion kneaded the muscles along Levinia’s back. She let out a sigh, resting her face against his shoulder. This was one of the things Levinia liked about her relationship with Cassion.
I don’t have to do anything—just lie back and let him take care of me.
Since Cassion had more than enough stamina for both of them, there were advantages to be had. He was so intent on savoring her that he made a point of preserving her strength, never pushing her to take the lead.
“Your back is quite tense… Was the dress uncomfortable?”
“A little… Mmm…”
As Cassion’s touch relaxed her, Levinia nuzzled against his chest, clinging to him more tightly. For a brief moment, Cassion’s body tensed up. Realizing what she had done, Levinia froze as well.
“U-um… That wasn’t… intentional…”
“There’s no need to explain. I won’t read too much into it,” Cassion said, his tone brusque but clearly flustered. His hands, however, grew even more careful and attentive, as though he believed his playful teasing had actually started to work.
“Leni…”
Cassion brushed his lips against her flushed cheek, then pressed a soft kiss to the side of her head. His voice was a low whisper in her ear.
“If I told you I was getting a little… worked up, would you despise me for it?”
“N-not right away…,” Levinia stammered.
Though she felt slightly damp below, it wasn’t enough to accommodate that. Not yet.
Cassion’s lips curled into a mischievous smile. Wrapping one arm around her, he slipped his other hand between her legs.
“I can help with that.”
Don’t even think about running away, the dangerously handsome emperor murmured, his eyes dark with promise.
